Anna Hovet is the Lead Designer of HOVET Apparel. She was born and raised in Grand Fork, North Dakota. Anna moved to Chicago and earned her BFA from the School of Art Institute of Chicago in 2007. After graduating, she was hired by Kids Headquarters where she designed layette for Ecko, Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, and Target. She founded her own company in January 2009. She also own a private tutoring company, Sophic Standard LLC, and teaches fashion illustration at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
