Phillip Cole

Fall 2025, BFA Graphic Design

Phillip Cole is a Design student from Elgin, IL. He transferred from Elgin Community College to North Central College in 2024, and is set to graduate in 2026. From a young age, Phil has always had an interest in the arts. While Phil has grown up with a pencil and a pad of paper as his main source of drawing, he has quickly adapted to working with Adobe software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and many others to produce his art. He has a varied amount of ideas with how he can apply what he’s learned after college, such as making book covers, shirt designs, and designs for memorabilia. He joined the Design Agency to learn how to work in teams and work with real life clients. Outside of design, Phil enjoys listening to music, writing, and playing video games, all of which influence his design journey.
